Today I view my role as a designer and design leader to be that of balancing opinionated guidance with diverse sets of empowerment and individual decision-making.

Working with me means working transparently, sharing in-progress work early and often, and framing problems as opportunities. I work to prioritize collaboration over individual work as I believe the absolute best way to do meaningful work is to do it with others.

I love pixel-pushing in Figma and attacking Miro with a fury of post-it notes and strategy and always starting by listening and understanding how something fits into the larger picture. I combine my roots in design with a naturally analytical mind to solve problems and drive projects and teams forward.
